3. Lung Diseases
There are a few lung-related diseases and if your right lung is affected, you will feel pain under your right rib cage. However, it will be usually accompanied by other symptoms too.

6. Kidney Stones
If kidney stones affect your right kidney, they may cause extremely severe pain under your right rib cage.
