How to prepare this cosmetic? First, you should take a tablespoon of Vaseline petroleum jelly and melt it. The best way to do it is using the microwave. You can also heat Vaseline petroleum jelly, if you put it in a bowl which will then be located in a bigger bowl full of hot water.
When Vaseline petroleum jelly becomes wet, you will need to put two tablespoons of cornstarch into it. These two substances should be mixed well in order to get thick cream.
The cream you will get should be applied on the damaged skin of your child and left it there for at least ten minutes. Then, you will need to wipe the cream out with the use of a warm wet cloth. You can repeat this treatment any time you are preparing the skin of your child for a new diaper.
3. Cornstarch Balm
You can prepare a combination of cornstarch and such products as Shea butter, beeswax, lavender oil, coconut oil and tea tree oil. What positive properties do these products have? Tea tree oil and coconut oil are two kinds of oils which are known for extremely intensive antimicrobial properties.
They will kill not only yeast on the skin of your child, but also the bacteria and fungi. Lavender oil also shows a microbial activity. In addition to it, it will help you to heal the damaged skin of your child quickly.
Beeswax and Shea butter will provide the skin with a moisturising affect. Furthermore, beeswax will act like Vaseline petroleum jelly described in the previous part of the article. It will create a barrier protecting the child’s skin from all the negative factors.

In order to prepare this fantastic balm, you will need to melt two tablespoons of beeswax, two tablespoons of coconut oil and ¼ of the cup of Shea butter. Afterwards, you should add two tablespoons of cornstarch to the balm.

4. Coconut Oil, Vitamin E and Cornstarch

Mix all these ingredients thoroughly and you will get a thick paste. This paste should be applied on the affected area of the skin. Leave the paste on the skin for at least ten minutes. Afterwards, you can wash the skin. Use warm water for this purpose.

5. Polysporin, Olive Oil Cream and Cornstarch
You can use cornstarch with polysporin and olive oil cream for threating diaper rash. Polysporin includes petroleum jelly which will help to protect the skin of your baby and keep its skin smooth. Olive oil is used in order to heal the damaged skin and get rid of the inflammation.
You will need to prepare a mixture of a tablespoon of polysporin, two tablespoons of olive oil ¼ of a cup of cornstarch.
