As an additional incentive for those in our target counties of St Louis, Olmsted and Stearns, we are offering a small fuel stipend. You will be required to show documentation (such as a business card) that you live or work in one of these counties and to complete and turn in a reimbursement form on October 2. We strongly encourage carpooling and will, of course, only provide this stipend to one person in each car.
