Jenifer Strauss
Training Consultant and Speaker
With
a warm and interactive style, Jenifer Strauss has been
sharing her own unique blend of energetic presentations
with over 300 audiences a year. As an environmental educator,
Jenifer shared traditional stories to help her students
understand how the earth works. As an elementary educator,
Jenifer found storytelling to be a powerful tool to motivate
and inspire her students to engage in speaking, writing
and reading. And so in 1993, Jenifer combined her skills
as a teacher and storyteller to offer dynamic traditional
and personal story presentations, writing workshops, long-term
residencies and keynote speeches. Jenifer's speaking style
is energetic and thought-provoking
inviting and honest
heart-warming
and lively!
Jenifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University
of Michigan, an elementary education degree from Western
Michigan University, and a secondary education degree
in Biology from Michigan State University. Her professional
storytelling and speaking career began in 1993 and continues
to flourish, including collaboration in a storytelling
cooperative called Cygnus Storytelling: five professional
storytellers who carefully and artfully blend their styles,
experience, and abilities to offer unique and dynamic
presentations, workshops and programs for all ages.
